2004) Semi-double. Trailer. COROLLA: half flared, turned under wavy petal
margins; opens dark rose (48A), dark rose (64C) base; matures reddish
purple (64B); 21mm (13/16”) long, 19mm (3/4”) wide. SEPALS: half down;
tips recurved; pink (49A), tipped light yellowish green (150C) upper
surface; dark orange (41A) lower surface; 18mm (11/16”) long x 11mm
(7/16”) wide. TUBE: light pink (65B); long, thin; 60mm (2 3/8”) long x 4mm
(3/16”) wide. STAMENS: do not extend below corolla; pale pink (62D)
filaments; reddish purple (71B) anthers. PISTIL: does not extend below the
corolla; light pink (49B) style; pale yellow (1D) stigma. BUD: elongated.
FOLIAGE: dark green (136B) upper surface; medium green (138A) lower
surface. Leaves are 65mm (2 9/16”) long x 32mm (1 1/4”) wide, ovate
shaped, serrulated edges, acute tips and rounded bases. Medium green
(139C) veins; medium green/ grayish red (138B/182B) stems; medium
green/light grayish red (138B/182C) branches. PARENTAGE: ‘WALZ Harp’ x
‘Lye’s Favourite’. Natural trailer. Self
branching. Makes good basket. Prefers full sun. Best bloom and foliage
color in bright light. Tested 3 years in Doetinchem, The Netherlands.
