2004) Semi-double. Upright/Trailer. COROLLA: half flared, turned under
wavy petal margins; opens light reddish purple (73A); matures light purple
(74C); 20mm (13/16”) long, 18mm (11/16”) wide. SEPALS: half down; tips
reflexed up; rose (68C), tipped light apple green (145C), upper surface;
rose (65A), tipped light apple green (145C), lower surface; 21mm (13/16”)
long x 9mm (3/8”) wide. TUBE: rose (68C); medium length & thickness; 27mm
(1 1/16”) long x 8mm (5/16”) wide. STAMENS: extend 6mm (1/4”) below
corolla; light rose (68D) filaments; light yellow (11C) anthers. PISTIL:
extends 28mm (1 1/8”) below the corolla; rose (67D) style; pale yellow
(1D) stigma. BUD: oblong. FOLIAGE: dark green (136A) upper surface; medium
green (137C) lower surface. Leaves are 52mm (2 1/16”) long x 21mm (13/16”)
wide, elliptic shaped, serrulated edges, acute tips and rounded bases.
Medium green (138B) veins; dark grayish red (182A) stems; plum(184B)
branches. PARENTAGE: ‘WALZ Klavier’ x ‘Impala’.
Lax upright or stiff trailer. Self branching. Makes good upright or
standard. Prefers overhead filtered light. Best bloom and foliage color in
filtered light. Tested 3 years in Doetinchem, Belgium. Award, Meise,
