AFS description: ‘Huet’s Lepedoliet’ – No 7739 (Braam 2011) Double. Upright/Trailer. COROLLA: three quarter flared, square shape, wavy petal margins; opens violet (77C), white flames; matures light violet (84B), white flames; 30mm (1 3/16") long x 25mm (1") wide. PETALOIDS: light pink (38C), white flames; 15mm (9/16”) long x 5mm (3/16”) wide. SEPALS: horizontal, tips recurved; light pink (36C) upper surface; pale pink (36D) lower surface; 40mm (1 9/16") long x 18mm (11/16") wide. TUBE: cream (158C); medium length & thickness; 15mm (9/16”) long x 8mm (5/16”) wide. STAMENS extend 30mm (1 3/16”) beyond the corolla; magenta (57C) filaments; very pale orange (27C) anthers. PISTIL extends 40mm (1 9/16”) beyond the corolla; pale pink (62D) style; light orange (27A) stigma. BUD: Round, big. FOLIAGE: dark green (139A) upper surface; medium green (139B) lower surface. Leaves are 65mm (2 9/16") long x 25mm (1”) wide, elliptic shaped, serrate edges, acute tips, rounded bases. Veins, stems & branches are green. PARENTAGE: ‘Huet’s Parelmoer’ x ‘Huet’s Zoisiet’. Lax upright or stiff trailer. Self branching. Makes good basket or upright. Prefers overhead filtered light, warm climate. Best bloom & foliage color in filtered light.
