AFS description:   ‘Huet's Koraal’- No. 5656 (Braam 2005) Single. Trailer. COROLLA is half flared with turned under smooth petal margins; opens magenta (58B); matures magenta (63B); 38mm (1 1/2”) long x 22mm (7/8”) wide. PETALOIDS: red (53C); 23mm (7/8”) long x 18mm (11/16”) wide. SEPALS are half up, tips recurved up; rose (52B) tipped light apple green (145B) upper surface; rose (48B) tipped light apple green (145B) lower surface; 50mm (2”) long x 12mm (1/2”) wide. TUBE is pink (54D), medium length & thickness; 27mm (1 1/16”) long x 7mm (1/4”) wide. STAMENS extend 22mm (7/8”) beyond the corolla; rose (51B) filaments; dark brown (200A) anthers. PISTIL extends 37mm (1 7/16”) below the corolla; dark rose (51A) style; pale yellow (1D) stigma. BUD is oblong. FOLIAGE: medium green (137B) upper surface; light green (138C) lower surface. Leaves are 75mm (2 15/16”) long x 50mm (2”) wide, ovate shaped, serrated edges, acute tips and rounded bases. Veins are dark red purple (187D); stems are dark reddish purple (187C); branches are dark reddish purple (187B). PARENTAGE: ‘Danny Kaye’ x ‘Laurie’. Natural trailer. Self branching.
