	Bloem: enkel. Bloembuis: rood (45B); afm. 35 x 4 mm. Kelkbladen: half teruggeslagen; buitenkant: rood (45B); binnenkant: rood (45B); afm. 40 x 8 mm. Kroonbladen: kwart uitstaand; afm. 20 x 15 mm.; kleur: paarsviolet verklkeurend naar roodpaars (81A naar 74A). Helmdraad: rood; steekt 12 mm onder kroonblad uit. Helmknop: rood. Stijl: rood; steekt 25 mm onder kroonblad uit. Stempel: rood. Bloei: normaal. Groeiwijze: grote struik, zelfvertakkend. Bijzonderheden: makkelijk bloeiend.
AFS description: ‘Huet's Howliet’- No. 8053 (Braam 2012) Single. Upright. COROLLA: quarter flared, turned up petal margins, bell shape; opens purple (81A); matures reddish purple (74A); 20mm (3/4”) long x 15mm (9/16”) wide. SEPALS are half up, tips recurved up; red (45B) upper & lower surfaces; 40mm (1 9/16”) long x 8mm (5/16") wide. TUBE is red (45B); long, thin; 35mm (1 3/8") long x 4mm (1/8") wide. STAMENS extend 12mm (7/16”) beyond the corolla; red (45B) filaments; red (45A) anthers. PISTIL extends 25mm (1”) beyond the corolla; red (45B) style; red (45D) stigma. BUD is elongated. FOLIAGE is dark green (139A) upper surface; medium green (139C) lower surface. Leaves are 70mm (2 3/4") long x 30mm (1 3/16") wide, cordate shaped, serrate edges, acute tips, obtuse bases. Veins & stems are dark red (185A), branches are plum (183B). PARENTAGE: ‘Huet’s Akosi’ x ‘Huet’s Zoisiet’. Tall upright. Self branching. Makes good upright, standard or pyramid. Prefers full sun, warm climate. Best bloom & foliage color in bright light. Tested 3 years in Doetinchem, The Netherlands. Fuchsia Nieuwigheden Certificering. Distinguished by flower color & shape.
