| AFS description: ‘Huet's Enstatiet’- No. 8323 (Braam 2014) Single. Trailer. COROLLA: quarter flared, wavy petal margins, square shape; opens light pink (65B); matures rose (63C); 15mm (9/16") long x 20mm (3/4") wide. SEPALS are horizontal, tips reflexed; light pink (65B) tipped green upper surface; rose (63C) tipped green lower surface; 30mm (1 3/16") long x 15mm (9/16") wide. TUBE is pale yellow (158B); long & thick; 25mm (1”) long x 10mm (3/8") wide. STAMENS extend 10mm (3/8”) beyond the corolla; light rose (63D) filaments; cream (158C) anthers. PISTIL does not extend beyond the corolla; cream (158C) style; pale yellow (158B) stigma. BUD is bulbous. FOLIAGE is medium green (138A) upper surface; light green (138C) lower surface. Leaves are 50mm (2”) long x 30mm (1 3/16”) wide, ovate shaped, serrate edges, acute tips, rounded bases. Veins are light green (138C), stems are dark red (185A), branches are plum (185B). PARENTAGE: ‘Huet’s Scheeliet’ x ‘Huet’s Basalt’. Natural trailer. Self branching. Makes good basket. Prefers warm climate. Heat tolerant if shaded. Best bloom & foliage color in limited light.
