smooth petal margins; opens red (53C); matures red (53B); 24mm (15/16”)
long x 21mm (13/16”) wide. SEPALS: half up; tips recurved up; rose (51C),
light pink (49B) base, tipped light green (142B) upper surface; pink (49A)
tipped light green (142B) lower surface; 32mm (1 1/4”) long x 6mm (1/4”)
wide. TUBE: light rose (51C) striped rose (51B); long & thin; 44mm (1
3/4”) long x 5mm (3/16”) wide. STAMENS: extend 6mm (1/4”) below corolla;
rose (51B) filaments; brown (176C) anthers. PISTIL: extends 15mm (9/16”)
below the corolla; pink (50D) style; pale yellow (1D) stigma. BUD: very
long. FOLIAGE: dark green (137A) upper surface, medium green (138B) lower
surface. Leaves are 82mm (3 1/4”) long x 43mm (1 11/16”) wide, ovate
shaped, serrulated edges, acute tips and rounded bases. Purple (71A)
veins; light plum (184D) & medium green (137D) stems & branches.
PARENTAGE: ‘WALZ Harp’ x ‘WALZ Mandoline’.
Lax upright or stiff trailer. Self branching. Makes good basket or
standard. Prefers full sun. Best bloom and foliage color in bright light.
