opens violet blue (91A); matures light reddish purple (72C); 30mm (1
3/16") long x 35mm (1 3/8") wide. SEPALS: half up, tips recurved up; dark
rose (51A) tipped yellow upper & lower surfaces; 40mm (1 9/16") long x
12mm (7/16") wide. TUBE is dark rose (51A); medium length & thickness;
12mm (7/16") long x 4mm (1/8") wide. STAMENS extend 15mm (9/16”) beyond
the corolla; magenta (63A) filaments; dark reddish purple (64A) anthers.
PISTIL extends 25mm (1”) beyond the corolla; magenta (63A) style; magenta
(63B) stigma. BUD is globular. FOLIAGE is dark green (139A) upper surface;
medium green (139C) lower surface. Leaves are 50mm (2") long x 30mm (1
3/16”) wide, ovate shaped, smooth edges, acute tips, rounded bases. Veins
are medium green (138B), stems are plum (183B), branches are plum (183C).
PARENTAGE: ‘Henkelly’s Billy’ x ‘Hidcote Beauty’. Natural trailer. Self
branching. Makes good basket. Prefers overhead filtered light, warm
climate. Heat tolerant if shaded. Best bloom & foliage color in filtered
light. Tested 3 years in Doetinchem, The Netherlands. Fuchsia
Nieuwigheden Certificering. Distinguished by beautiful flower color & long
