– No 7718 (Braam 2011) Single. Upright. COROLLA: quarter flared, bell
shape, turned under petal margins; opens reddish purple (74B); matures
light reddish purple (73A); 25mm (1") long x 20mm (3/4") wide. SEPALS:
half up, tips recurved up; white (155B) tipped green upper surface;
white (155D), pale pink (36D) base, lower surface; 35mm (1 3/8") long x
10mm (3/8”) wide. TUBE: white (155D); medium length & thickness; 20mm
(3/4”) long x 8mm (5/16”) wide. STAMENS extend 20mm (3/4”) beyond the
corolla; light rose (73C) filaments; reddish purple (74A) anthers.
PISTIL extends 30mm (1 3/16”) beyond the corolla; pale rose (73D) style;
orangish white (159C) stigma. BUD: long. FOLIAGE: dark green (147A)
upper surface; medium green (147B) lower surface. Leaves are 55mm (2
3/16") long x 30mm (1 3/16”) wide, ovate shaped, serrulate edges, acute
tips, rounded bases. Veins, stems & branches are green. PARENTAGE:
‘Checkerboard’ x ‘WALZ Doedelzak’. Tall upright. Self branching. Makes
good upright, standard or pyramid. Prefers full sun in warm climate.
Best bloom & foliage color in bright light. Tested 3 years in
